Your impatience is your teacher

Your impatience is your greatest teacher.

This message is for those of you who are confused about what's next for you.

This message is for those of you who feel like you are behind everyone else.

This message is for those of you who might say, "when is it my turn?"

You see, the thing is, life is a game. But, unfortunately, we are obsessed with it.

We are caught up in this having, wanting, and losing roller coaster, all to come back to square one.

It's like a ping pong game.

Back and forth.

Your impatience makes you choose the wrong partners.

Your impatience makes you choose the wrong career path.

Your impatience makes you buy things you don't need.

Your impatience makes you think you are getting ahead.

It's sneaky like that.

Your fear of missing out is stifling the energy within you because you think this is the only way to survive this game of life.

You have to believe that what you want exists. You have to believe that you haven't found the things you want because you still need time. Time to do the work. Time to look within. Time to assess your life.

You are not running out of time. Time is an illusion. The body ages. We know this. BUT, you cannot force things to happen just because you want them to happen so badly.

If you continue to listen to the part of you that is impatient, you will set up your life in a way that you will feel like you need to escape from it. Don't do that to yourself. That is not fulfillment. That is giving in to something else. That is giving away your power.

You have to shut out the noise of others who say it won't work for you. For example, they might say, This is how I did it; therefore, You must do it that way too.

I can't even tell you the number of times people gave me unsolicited advice that was SO wrong for me. I followed their lead, and sometimes I got great results, and a lot of the time I regretted not listening to myself.

Learn to trust yourself. That is the only person you need to build a relationship with that is 100% solid because it's you and the world, baby.

Everything else is just gravy.

xoxo
