Are you caught being dragged into places you don't want to go to?

You have a lot of obligations with family, work, friends, boyfriend/partner/spouse that you HAVE to go to, and I get that.

Within all of these things that you are obligated and most likely guilt-tripped to do, you are also not scheduling activities that align with your goals. Am I right?

You'll fight me on this one, saying, there isn't enough time. I have an important project at work to do, my friends getting married, my boyfriend has a big family. I'm still in school. Those are all facts and I'm not here to challenge you on them.

The thing is, nowhere in this is YOUR voice about what you want and what's important FOR YOU. You are too busy running around for everyone else and it's bleeding you dry.

You are exhausted, tired, frustrated, feeling hopeless because you aren't moving as fast as you'd like life to move. You can continue to have more of these familiar experiences, or you can change the formula.

Saying no, in the beginning, is hard, and its a must.

What you need to remember and realize is this:

The universe cannot give you the blessings that are meant for you; if you keep saying yes to stuff that is no longer in alignment or fulfilling, say no, and that opens up space to say yes to what is hyper aligning and meant for you.

Think of it as all the things you are saying yes to that doesn't feel good, but you don't anyways because you feel obligated to do because of your responsibilities. Every time you do things that don't feel good for YOU, you are doing yourself a disservice. If you continue, you keep yourself in a low-frequency state and all the juicy higher aligning things that are meant for you can't make its way to you. It's about listening and trusting your inner guidance, intuition and compass. You are a wonderful human being with a ton of wisdom that can support you on this. All you need to do is listen if you want to.

You need to choose to feel good, and my guess is you need to start saying NO before you can say yes.

Here's how you can start:

If you want my feel-good checklist with examples of all of my HECK YES things I do to keep me a higher frequency state, click on the button below where it says download. It's completely free, and yours to steal.

What's YOUR Feel-Good Checklist consist of? What are some of the things you need to say no to so that you can start saying yes to some things?

Let me know in the comments below :)
